IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any services. By placing an order or scheduling a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the provision of wellness services by Beacons Hill LTD. These terms are intended to ensure transparency, safety, and clarity for both parties.

APPLICATION

These Terms apply to the purchase of services and goods provided by: Beacons Hill LTD,1a Worcester Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1AHE.

You must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our services.

DISCLAIMER MEDICAL ADVICE

Complementary therapies offered and performed at Beacons Hill LTD are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or care. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, or if you are unsure whether a particular therapy is suitable for you, please consult your GP or primary healthcare provider before beginning any treatment with us. We do not diagnose or prescribe. Our services are intended to complement, not replace, any medical care you may be receiving.

SERVICES & SCOPE

We offer services including but not limited to Reiki, Hypnotherapy, EFT, Matrix Re-Imprinting and Transformational Coaching. All services are subject to availability and are delivered either in-person or online (as stated at the time of booking). All descriptions of services and goods provided on our website or marketing material are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical claims.

FEES AND PAYMENT

All prices are clearly listed on our website and are subject to change. Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may waive this fee at our discretion.

No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings. Package sessions must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must:

  1. Arrive promptly for their scheduled sessions.

  2. Inform the practitioner of any changes to their health, medication, or mental/emotional wellbeing.

  3. Be honest about their expectations, concerns, and needs.

Failure to comply may result in the session being curtailed or cancelled without refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

All sessions are conducted in a confidential and respectful manner.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and maintain your personal information securely. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

While many clients benefit from our therapies, results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as personal commitment, lifestyle, and external circumstances all influence outcomes.

PROFESSIONAL INSURANCE

Beacons Hill LTD is fully insured by Balens for Public and Professional Liability

LIABILITY LIMITATION

We are not liable for:

  1. Any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

  2. Indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  3. Any loss resulting from your failure to disclose relevant health information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We maintain a safe and hygienic environment at our wellness centre. Please follow any instructions given by practitioners for your own safety and wellbeing. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner.

COVID-19 OR OTHER CONTAGIONS

If you or someone in your household is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We reserve the right to deny entry if we believe there is a health risk.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in service due to events outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, pandemics, internet outages, or acts of government.

COMPLAINTS

We are committed to providing high-quality service. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us directly by email at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all issues within 5 working days.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
